Welcome To Trillium Place
Our guesthouse built and owner operated since
1996, is nestled in a beautiful private mountain setting in rural Yancey County, North Carolina. The small town of Burnsville is located just 7 miles to the east. The two-unit complex is designed as a vacation rental and family guesthouse. The units are referred to as the Meadow View and Mountain View (both sleeps six).
Each unit consists of a great room with full kitchen, two bedrooms each with its' own private full bath. Designer linens are furnished, along with a laundry facility located downstairs.
Decorated in country cottage themes, including hardwood floors, fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, icemaker, TV, CD player, air conditioning and overhead fans, board games, DVD’s and a large porch just for sitting and resting or entertaining with a cookout [charcoal grill provided]. Non-smoking and no pets allowed, so please don’t ask.
The guesthouse and main house are the only homes in the valley, each are secluded from the other. Once you have unpacked and are ready to sit back and enjoy your surroundings what better time then to have some light refreshments to include cider, lemonade and cookies.
